Eligibility

1. This Promotion is open to new and renewing ExpressVPN subscribers aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents, affiliated companies, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this Promotion.
2. Entrants must ensure that their participation (including acceptance of any prize) is lawful in accordance with the laws of their country of residence. This Promotion is void where prohibited by local law. The Promoter has sole discretion to disqualify any entrant whose participation is not lawful.
3. Excluded Territories and Sanctions: Entrants who are resident in, located in, or entering from any country or territory where participation, prize award, or prize fulfilment would be prohibited by UK sanctions, trade restrictions, export controls, or local law are not eligible to enter this Promotion. This includes any person or entity designated on the UK Sanctions List, or owned or controlled by a designated person. The Promoter reserves the right to require evidence of residence and to disqualify any entrant who cannot satisfy this requirement.

How to Enter

4. Promotion Period: The Promotion runs from 10:30 a.m. BST on 11 July 2026 until 23:59 BST on 9 August 2026 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
5. Two equally valid methods of entry are available:
   1. Paid Entry: Visit expressvpn.com and purchase a new, or renew an existing, eligible ExpressVPN subscription plan (1-month, 12-month, or 24-month, across Basic, Advanced, or Pro tiers) during the Promotion Period. Entries are allocated automatically upon confirmation of the qualifying transaction, in the amounts set out in clause 7. Only purchases completed during the Promotion Period qualify.
   2. No Purchase Necessary (NPN) Entry: Visit https://expressvpniphonesweeps.com/ and follow the instructions to request a free entry during the Promotion Period. No purchase is required and no purchase will increase your chances of winning. One free entry is allocated per person per Promotion Period. Multiple NPN entries by the same person will be voided. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
6. Entries are personal to the entrant and non-transferable. They may not be assigned, sold, or otherwise transferred. Where an entrant makes more than one qualifying paid transaction during the Promotion Period, the highest entry-value transaction will apply.

Entry Allocation and Draw Pool Mechanics

7. Total entries and chances of winning vary according to the subscription plan selected:

   Renewals during the Promotion Period are treated on the same basis as new purchases. Upgrades during the Promotion Period will be allocated entries corresponding to the upgraded plan tier. NPN entries receive 1 entry.

8. Each entry is allocated to the daily Prize Draw pool corresponding to the date on which the qualifying purchase or NPN request was made (the “Entry Date”). Entries made on the first eligible day (11 July 2026) are eligible for up to 30 Prize Draws; entries made on each subsequent eligible day are eligible for a correspondingly descending number of draws. Non-winners in any given daily draw are automatically rolled over into the following day’s pool.

The Prize and Draw Schedule

9. There will be up to 30 Prize Draws in total across four draw events. Each draw will produce one winner. Each winner will receive one (1) Apple iPhone 17 Pro, 256GB, Silver (the “Prize”), available to UK and USA winners, inclusive of shipping. Where the iPhone is unavailable, cannot reasonably be fulfilled, or where the winner is outside the fulfilment territory, the Promoter may award an Apple Gift Card worth $1,099 (or an equivalent alternative of equal value where an Apple Gift Card cannot reasonably be fulfilled in the winner’s country of residence). No customer may win more than one Prize during the Promotion Period.
10. The four draw events and their corresponding entry periods are as follows:

    Daily entries must conclude by 23:59 BST on the day on which the purchase or NPN request is made.

Winner Selection and Notification

11. One winner will be selected for each daily prize draw. Each daily draw will include all valid entries received by the end of that day, plus any valid non-winning entries rolled over from previous days during the Promotion Period.
12. Draws will be conducted by Winning Promotions Limited using a random and verifiable process within 7 days of the relevant daily draw date.
13. Each provisional winner will be notified by email to the address provided on entry within 10 days of the relevant draw date. The winner will be asked to provide proof of identity, eligibility, and a valid delivery address. The provisional winner must accept the Prize within 48 hours of initial notification (the “Acceptance Deadline”).
14. If a provisional winner fails to respond by the Acceptance Deadline, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select a reserve winner from the same pool by the same random method. Reserve winners are subject to the same Acceptance Deadline.
15. Once eligibility is confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as the winner and the Prize will be fulfilled in accordance with clause 16 below.

Prize Fulfilment

16. The Apple iPhone 17 Pro, 256GB, Silver will be dispatched to the winner at the delivery address confirmed during the acceptance process. Delivery will be arranged within a reasonable period following confirmation of the winner’s eligibility and acceptance. Where applicable, an Apple Gift Card worth $1,099 (or equivalent alternative) will be issued in lieu of the device in accordance with clause 9.
17. The Prize comprises one Apple iPhone 17 Pro, 256GB, Silver, inclusive of shipping, only. All other costs, including accessories, AppleCare+, mobile network charges, and data plans, are the winner’s sole responsibility.
18. Any manufacturer’s warranty attaching to the Prize will be the winner’s sole recourse against the manufacturer in respect of any defect. The Promoter does not extend any additional warranty and shall not be liable for any defect or failure in the Prize after delivery.
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility where a winner is unable to receive the Prize due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, failure to be present to accept delivery, or any other circumstance within the winner’s control. The winner is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible.
20. Winners outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or levies arising from receipt of the Prize in their country of residence. The Promoter shall not be liable for any such costs.

Prize Conditions and Forfeiture

21. The Prize is personal to the winner and non-transferable. It may not be resold, offered for sale, exchanged, or otherwise transferred to any third party. Any attempt to do so may result in disqualification.
22. No cash or monetary alternative to the Prize is available other than as set out in clause 9. The Promoter’s decision on all aspects of Prize fulfilment is final. Apple is not a sponsor of, or associated with, this Promotion.
23. The Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will have no further obligation to the winner, if:
    1. the winner fails to respond and accept the Prize by the Acceptance Deadline;
    2. the winner fails to provide an accurate and accessible delivery address, or fails to accept delivery within the timeframe specified by the Promoter;
    3. the winner is found to be ineligible; or
    4. the winner has any medical, legal, or other reason that prevents them from accepting the Prize.
24. If a winner fails to claim or accept the Prize for any reason, no alternative Prize will be issued and no compensation, refund, or replacement will be provided.

Money-Back Guarantee Exclusion

25. The ExpressVPN 30-day Money-Back Guarantee (“MBG”) does not apply to subscriptions purchased under the paid entry route during the Promotion Period. This exclusion applies solely to new subscriptions purchased during the Promotion Period and does not affect:
    1. subscriptions entered into before or after the Promotion Period;
    2. any statutory rights you have under applicable law, including any right of withdrawal or right to cancel under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), or applicable US state or federal law, unless lawfully waived; or
    3. any rights arising from a defective or non-conforming product.
26. References to the Money-Back Guarantee on our website, app, and communications are general product descriptions and do not apply to purchases made under this Promotion.

Integrity and Disqualification

27. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure Promotion. If you enter in a way that is inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for at least six months. The Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
    1. verify the eligibility of entrants and/or the provisional winner by any means it reasonably considers necessary, and to withhold entry or a Prize pending verification;
    2. disqualify entries not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion;
    3. disqualify entries made using anonymous email services, including GuerillaMail, Dispostable, or Mailinator;
    4. disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade or consumer groups, or third parties, and entries submitted by macros or other automated means;
    5. disqualify entries using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, IP manipulation, aliases, or any other means to circumvent the entry process;
    6. disqualify entries that tamper with the entry process or that otherwise fail to meet these Terms & Conditions; and
    7. cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion where it is not capable of running as planned for reasons including tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the Promoter’s control that affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Promotion.
28. The Campaign period may be extended or shortened at the Promoter’s discretion. Any change will be communicated at ExpressVPN.com/tos/sweepstakes.

General Liability

29. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete, or which cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to expressvpn.com.
30. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, or damage suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
31. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control, including Acts of God, epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other force majeure event.
32. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or any other form of compensation at the winner’s discretion. If for any reason the Prize or any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner List and Publicity

33. Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winner list containing the surname and county/country of residence of each winner will be made available by the Promoter for a period of 8 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period. To request the list, email Winners@WinningPromotions.com. Winners may object to the publication of their details by emailing the DPO at dpo@expressvpn.com. The Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
34. The Promoter may invite winners to participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is entirely at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize acceptance.

Data Protection

35. Personal data provided in connection with this Promotion will be processed for the purposes of administering the Promotion and, where consent has been given, for research and analytical purposes. Personal data will not be disclosed to unconnected third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Your data will be handled in accordance with ExpressVPN’s Privacy Policy: www.expressvpn.com/privacy-policy.

General

36. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect.
37. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
38. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
39. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
