Android and iOS

On Android and iOS, your login items are exported as a CSV file inside an encrypted ZIP file. The ZIP is protected with a password that you create, meaning no one can open it or access your data without that password. This keeps your passwords and logins secure during the export process.

  1. Open the ExpressKeys app for Android or iOS, and tap in the top-right.The ExpressKeys app on iOS, showing the Profile option highlighted.
  2. Scroll down to Password Manager Settings and tap Export Your Data. The Password Manager Settings in the ExpressKeys app, highlighting the "Export your Data" option.
  3. Enter your vault password and tap Verify. The Access and Recovery page in the ExpressKeys app, showing a "Verify your vault password" pop-up.
  4. Tap Export Password Data. The Export data as a CVS file page in the ExpressKeys app.
  5. Set a password for the encrypted ZIP file and tap Continue.A "Set Export Password" pop-up in the ExpressKeys app, with a highlighted "Continue" button.
  6. Select where you want to save the export.
Important: When you unzip the file using your password, the CSV file will appear as a separate document outside the ZIP. Unlike the ZIP, the CSV is not encrypted, so anyone with access to your device can potentially open it and view your passwords and logins.

For security reasons, once the import is complete, delete the CSV file from your device. You can keep the encrypted ZIP file as a secure backup.
